Return Policy
At Frank T. Ross Ltd. we insist upon your complete satisfaction with the quality and performance of all your product purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call us for return authorization within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Then all you will need to do is pay to ship the product back to us within 30 days. No questions asked! There is no refund of the original shipping charges.
Shipping & Handling
Orders placed by Internet, phone or fax will be shipped out within 10 working days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Number of delivery days will vary depending upon destination. All orders OVER $100.00 will be contacted with a shipping cost.

These shipping cost are for Canada and United States only. No shipping outside North America at this time.
Due to the fact that shipments to the USA are now being shipped from Canada, All US order may incur addition shipping cost until further notice.

Cold Weather Shipping
UPS does not protect shipments from freezing in transit, and special packing has a limited effect. If weather conditions exist between our point of shipment and your point of delivery that may result in freezing and the resulting damage to the products, therefore it is your decision whether to ship the products or not. There are some things we can do to help lessen the risk of damage, and we are pleased to do them. However, the risk of damage under these circumstances is solely yours.
What we can do:
- Ask us to ship early in the week so that your order will not sit in a truck over the weekend. This may delay your shipment if you order during the latter part of the week.
- Give us a delivery address where someone will always be present so the shipment will not sit in the cold after the driver releases it. (This is where the product is most likely to freeze.)
- Expedite the delivery with Signature Required. There is an extra charge for this.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We must have a street address for your shipping address.
