Payment Options
Orders may be purchased using a MasterCard ® or VISA ® credit card.
For increased online security and protection, all credit card information will be
transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) via a secure server. Please refer to
our Privacy and Security Policy for complete details. When using a credit card that
is issued outside of Canada, all transactions will be settled in Canadian dollars
at an exchange rate determined by the issuing institution at the time of payment
settlement. It is necessary for you to correctly enter your credit card number and
address that appears on your credit card statement. For security, it will be necessary
for you to enter this information for each shopping checkout. Please ensure that
this information is accurate. Please note that delivery and any special packing
and/or service charges are excluded in calculating the merchandise totals. Purchase
totals will appear on the Order Confirmation e-mail. You will receive a Shipping
Confirmation e-mail that lists the items shipped. Only amounts delivered will be
charged to your credit card account.
Pricing
All prices quoted on the product pages of naturecleanliving.com are in Canadian dollars
and do not include shipping charges, GST (Canadian customers only), or PST (Ontario
customers only), and any special packing and/or service charges.
Returns and Exchanges
At Frank T. Ross Ltd. we insist upon your complete satisfaction
with the quality and performance of all your product purchases. If for any reason
you are not satisfied, simply call us for return authorization within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund. Then all you will need to do is pay to ship the product
back to us within 30 days. No questions asked! There is no refund of the original
shipping charges.

Some items shown may require assembly. In its sole discretion, in addition to any
other rights or remedies available to Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. and without
any liability whatsoever, Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. at any time and without
notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of naturecleanliving.com.

Pricing
All prices are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars. Prices posted on naturecleanliving.com
may differ from those in store. The naturecleanliving.com offers limited-time sales
values, special buys and items at the Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. regular everyday
low prices. Regular prices shown are the prices at which the products have been
sold as of the date of issuance indicated. Due to competitive market pressures,
prices are subject to change. Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. reserves the right to
correct, at any time, any pricing errors.
Risk of Loss
Any products purchased from naturecleanliving.com
are delivered to you by a third party Delivery Company, pursuant to a shipping contract.
The risk of loss for such products passes to the purchaser at the time of delivery
by Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. to the third party shipper.
Product Warranties
If a product is defective, the manufacturer's warranty applies. If none is specified,
Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. offers a one-year warranty on most products.
Product Returns and Exchanges
All returns and product exchanges of new, unused and not custom/special ordered products
must be processed at Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. Simply return the product, in
its original condition and packaging; with the official sales receipt you received
with our purchase. For warranty claims, please see the section of these Terms and

Liability Disclaimer
Except as explicitly provided in the foregoing paragraphs, Frank T. Ross & Sons

all of which are provided on an 「as is」 and 「as available」
basis. Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. and the Third Parties do not warrant the accuracy,

all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability,

Maximum Liability
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. or any of the Third
Parties should be found liable for any loss or damage which arise out of or is in
any way connected with any of the functions or uses of naturecleanliving.com or
its content, the liability of Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. and the Third Parties
shall in no event exceed in the aggregate CAD $250.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify and save harmless Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. and the Third
Parties and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and
agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without
limitation reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees, brought as
a result of your use of naturecleanliving.com.

Relationships
The relationship between Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. and you will be that of independent
contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees
will he held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees
or agents of the other as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of naturecleanliving.com.
Governing Law
The laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada shall govern this Agreement and its performance.
You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the
City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Canada, in all disputes arising out
of or relating to the use of naturecleanliving.com and these Terms and Conditions.
Modification
Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. reserves the right to, without notice, make changes
to naturecleanliving.com, including without limitation with respect to products
offered, product information, availability, content and pricing, and may at any
time modify the Terms and Conditions of use of naturecleanliving.com. Your continued
use of naturecleanliving.com will be conditioned upon your acceptance of the Terms
and Conditions in force at the time of your use.
Additional Terms
Separate Terms and Conditions may apply to purchases of products and services and

Serverability
These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision
is determined to be unenforceable or invalid such provision shall nonetheless be
enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Headings
The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are included for convenience only
and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with those incorporated or referred to herein
constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof,
and it supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral
or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except
in writing, or by Frank T. Ross & Sons Ltd. making such amendments or modifications
available to it pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.
